One fateful day, Singhia saw the princess’s maid purchasing fragrant oils in the marketplace. He decided to use his dark arts to enchant the oil, ensuring that if Ratnavati used it, she would fall under his spell. However, Ratnavati was no ordinary woman. When the maid brought the oil to her, the princess, sensing something amiss, threw it onto a large boulder.
The oil’s enchantment took hold of the rock instead, causing it to roll with an unnatural force. It crushed Singhia under its weight, but with his dying breath, he cursed the kingdom of Bhangarh. No soul shall find peace here!
